Italian Grandma Makes Chicken Roast with Potatoes

How does a Female learn the ordered engender of the Holy Spirit amidst the Domestic and the World?  Does she follow and does her heart hear the life of a woman who is well?  I am aware of an Order and Grace in the Ordinary.  It is Ordinary.
