Abstinence and Lenten Observance, A Decision of Roman Catholic

Ash Wednesday and the Act of Fasting and Abstinence, Faith in Action
When closing the door to the many enticements of this observance, are you aware of who is commercializing your body and are lacking the intention of a preconceived diet?  There are forms of dialogue and this is knowing what to feed your body. 

Do you eat and is obedience in your form and decision?
Are you obstinate in being submissive?
Are you well in making a well decision in the act of abstinence and fasting?

Your mental behavior and decision making must be intellectually well to make this a formed good in your Lenten and observance of the season.

What are your decisions that have led to this form of act of fasting?
Did it come to term with the proper perspective?
When making a decision are you well in making it a well intention?

This is not a diet of which the Act of Abstinence can take its effect in your baptism and confirmation.  The intention is at the root.  Are your intentions already at the formed good to see this as an Act of Faith?

The establishments of the Church Liturgical and Calendar of ordinary life has an ordered grace that is well to begin the endeavor and intention of which our Lord has offered for the liturgical life of the Church to take a serious effect towards repentance and true obligation of a complete turn-around from the life of sin to a life of continued sanctifying order and grace.
