At a providential reflection on the new kindness of being at a place of home and local dependency, I realized every path I endeavored came to a new horizon being built in my decision.

The photo is of the College of Education building.  It was a newly built construction as I was completing my Graduate studies for a Master of Arts in Education, Curriculum and Instruction.  It was in this building I defined a reality of State compliance for Competancy Examination in completion to the requirements for this recognition.

And it further defined a decision towards a Doctorate towards Harvard Graduate School of Education.
