What were the initiating propositions that determined the course of deciding to pioneer a direction towards education in Liberal Arts?

Attending to University towards a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies depended a great deal in asking questions on a serious decision of program and concentration of major for my study in university.  The Liberal Studies program concentration in teaching with a selection on tracks geared towards teaching multiple-subject elementary school or single-subject high school courses derived a tremendous reality on a position and profession I was certain would be the field of work I decided to complete and pursue.  Being a teacher was the certain profession I found myself realizing very possible for my work in this country.  This came from my work and apostolate in the schools with the Carmelite Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Los Angeles.

These courses began with the General Education courses for regular demands in completing a beginning stage of university study:  Biology, Philosophy, Mathematics, Literature and Composition, Speech, etc.
