I was at a sorrowful state of mourning and discovered a reality about attending a Retreat intended for a sincere effort to discern the Will of God in one's future and gift of service for the rest of one's life.

I ran into someone whom I had entered a discernment retreat with the Sisters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  I concluded the discernment with accepting her gift as I also handed her an insight to my offering in friendship.

Such is the witness of being in the intention and retreat for discernment.
