The Patriarch of Virgins, St. Joseph Novena
A novena was introduced to me by a serious condition of making time with a Friend from Heaven for a scheduled nine days consecutive to its reality of meeting for an intention.
I was introduced to the Music Artist, Dana, at the Sacred Heart Retreat House in Alhambra, California during my Junior Auxiliary volunteer program as an adolescent. The Sisters would play her music at their gift shop and during meals with the Retreatants. I purchased a cassette tape for my mother and family at home. I also learned of this Music Artist singing "We are One Body" at World Youth Day, Denver, Colorado in 1993 with His Holiness Pope John Paul II. She was also featured in many of the Eternal Word Television Network's music videos. I recall this song in her Hail Holy Queen Album, "St. Joseph's Song" as we begin nine days of preparation for the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Chaste Spouse of the Virgin.
The image of St. Joseph as husband of Mary has always delivered a protection for my desires as a growing human being aspiring a future with a family to love with a chaste man. It has always been embedded in my character as female that I would some day be a wife to a very good husband. The Carmelite Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Los Angeles instructed and formed my female condition on the Sacrament as instituted by Christ to give grace and on this first day of the novena I ask for the grace to be a blessed wife and mother in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony.
It has been a decision to find a serious male person who would meet me at the condition of Sacrament.
St. Joseph, pray for me.
